[Tsuzuki's sitting on the grass a little outside of town. He's looking for spirits to talk with, but he's having little luck. He plays with his book instead, placing flowers in it so he can press them later.]

I've been thinking about sleep lately. Do you have any recurring dreams? If so, what do you think they mean?

Like you can't even keep track of how old I'm going to be. [The answer is not sixteen, if that narrows it down at all.]

Well, it's hard because I forget how long you were in Luceti before I came along. [He's going to go with eighteen and hope for the best.]

I'm going to be the same size forever. A year or two won't matter when I'm your age.

I tend to think of you as my age, anyway. It doesn't matter if you won't grow to be as tall as me, I like you the way you are!

What does that matter? [Even if watching your almost-twin grow up every day while you're stuck at the same size kind of rubs a raw nerve over sandpaper.]

You didn't answer the question, Hisoka. [Tsuzuki has noticed how tense Hisoka can be around Hijiri, and imagined it was something like that.]

I shouldn't have to answer a question that stupid.

Just promise me never to accept "growth potions" from Watari.

There's no danger of that happening. Trust me.

Good. There's really no upside to being tall, anyway.
