[New feathers! Tsuzuki was walking around in the forest and came across the village by accident. He tried to cover his chest by crossing his arms.]

Excuse me! Does anyone know where I could get a shirt? Some shirt-bandit apparently robbed me while I slept.

[Rena has been out around the village, still looking to contact one of the Filial spirits. She noticed Tsuzuki wandering around, a little lost.]

Oh, hello. You must be new here. I can show you the shop where you can get a shirt.

Ermh, yes. I am.

I'm sorry miss, but I can't shop. Someone stole my wallet when they took my clothes.

Wait a minute, you have wings too?

That's all right! Everything in the shops here are for free, there's no need for any money. It's how it works here.

[She nodded, trying to think of how to explain it. It's not the best news to share with anyone.]

Free? Wow, Tatsumi would love it here. ...Is there a place that sells free food?

[Tsuzuki watched her carefully, wondering why she was reluctant to tell him details.]

The Guide? Oh! You mean the book I found? I meant to ask around if anyone had lost it.

The food is all free, at the grocery store and at the cafe or restaurant! We could stop by and visit if you're hungry once we find your clothes from home.

[Tsuzuki peeked attentively at the information, and opened his own journal so he could find it himself. He still glanced towards Rena from time to time, as if he wasn't sure he was doing it right.]

[Rena smiled, seeing that the newcomer was in relatively good spirits despite this being his first day. She had heard of a lot of others who panicked, understandably, or caused a big fuss over the journals. She helped him find the Guide in his own journal, and saw that he caught in quickly.]

I was brought here like everyone else here, but I haven't been here for very long, only about two months. Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be an easy way out.

He might be! I know when I arrived some of my friends from home were already here. What does he look like?

Hm, well, there is a barcode on the back of our necks besides the wings. And every so often the Malnosso run experiments on us, although they're mostly harmless from what I could tell, and don't last long.

... Oh, and a war is happening outside of the barrier, and unfortunately, we get recruited to go fight it.
