[It's a beautiful, sunny day. The temperature is apparently between "boiling point" and "molten lava", and every sane person is inside, hugging their air conditioner.]

[Except for this guy. Tsuzuki is searching the grass outside House 49. He looks downright distressed, sitting on his knees and brushing his fingers through the lawn and dirt. When he's down with one patch, he hurries to the next one, not caring much about the heat even though his body does.]

It has to be around here somewhere...

[muttering to himself.] Damn watch, I'm disowning you if you don't show up soon!

No luck yet!

You're sure you don't need help?

Certain! [A pause. Damn sun, stop doing this to him.] But you can come down and keep me company, if you want to.

[laughs a bit] I'll be right down.

[and is there a while later] Your help has arrived!

[Tsuzuki waves him over, from the spot he's sitting on the grass.] Hijiri!

Come on, I think I left it over here by the raspberry-bushes. [He's too hot and sweaty to pay attention to a little teasing. Wait until he get indoors again. :P ]

[Tsuzuki all hot and sweaty~~ Hijiri, stop daydreaming about that! XD] Well, let's see if it's there then! [and walk over to it]

[sdfjgkgfjh win. XD Tsuzuki is oblivious to this, though, and follows Hijiri to the bush. He picks a raspberry in the vain hope he'll be less thirsty, before dropping to his knees to have a better look.] First one to find it, wins something?

[looks up from where he's on his knees as well] Win what~?

[It's too hot to think.] I'm open to suggestions at this point.

[Hijiri agrees with the 'too hot' part but it an entirely different sense~]

Ice cream?

(There is something glinting in the sunlight, among the gardonias. Tsuzuki's too busy glancing at Hijiri to notice.)

I could really go for icecream. Or the winner can get to have a slave for a day.

[sees the glint and moves towards it, while trying to block Tsuzuki's view of it. And you really shouldn't suggest being a slave, Tsuzuki. That gives Hijiri many, many interesting ideas~]

A slave~? Really?

[Tsuzuki is still oblivious to where the watch is, so he nods at Hijiri. The shinigami has a very innocent idea of slaves, so he imagines that the job would include standing behind people and fanning them with gigantic leaves.]

Yeah, why not? It might be fun!

And besides, there's nothing else to do here, we might as well dare each other.

[Hijiri's idea of slaves is a lot more interesting thanks to Duo... though Duo often plays the slave.

And moving slowly towards the watch.]

I suppose it might~ What exactly will you do for me if I win?

[Pff, hahah. XD Tsuzuki follows, but mostly because he wants to continue talking with Hijiri.]
