[Tsuzuki is up early today, gathering up scraps and old bread. When his bag is filled, he sleepily dresses in his winter attire, humming on a song he can only remember in fragments.]

I want a cracker like an animal
You whip me like I'm in OZ.

[He picks up the communicator, not realizing that it's been recording the whole time.]

[To his defense, he just woke up.]

Hi, I was just wondering... does anyone have any leftover bread? There's a family of deer in the woods that I want to feed.

They can usually, but apparently this winter's been tough on them. Last I saw they were eating the bark off of trees. [Tsuzuki's always an idiot! This should be a given.]

Do you want to come with me? It'd be easier to carry the food if it's more than one person.

Well there is the snow, but how is the bark...[Okay. Okay, better not to ask.

However, he's a bit startled at the question. He's not sure how to feel about that, but...well. ~~ALSO yes Tsuzuki will be added to Draco's CR list when I get to editing it ♥~~]

...you're carrying the majority of it. Where are you?

Sure. I don't mind.

[Walking into the woods without company is boring.]

Do you know where Azzip is? I was heading there. But I can meet you somewhere else, if that's easier.

[Dear Merlin, what has he done.]

Urgh...yes. [He's not too fond of that place, but anything's better than just being here.] I'll meet you out front and that's it.

[Mua hah haaah. Tsuzuki sounds cheerful when he replies. There's the sound of a slamming door coming from behind him.]

Great. I'll wait outside if I don't see you when I come out!

[He's soooo going to regret this, isn't he?]

Right. See you then.

[And what Tsuzuki doesn't know is that Draco's not even going to Apparate. No. He's going to walk. And procrastinate as much as possible. Hope you're up for waiting for a bit, Asato.]

[By the time Draco finally arrives, Tsuzuki's gone into Azzip to get pizza. Twice. He's swinging the bag of leftover crusts like it's a toy to alleviate his boredom.]

[Tsuzuki really is like a puppy, isn't he. Draco stops in front of him though, blinking a bit at the bag.] Just how many pizzas did you pull from?

[He can be. And speaking of Tsuzuki, when Draco makes his appearance he stops playing with the food.]

A couple. And Duo had some leftovers.

[He tilts his head to the side.]

Aren't you cold, Draco?

[He shrugs a bit, still critically examining the bag of crusts.]

Hardly. [Warming charms for the win.] Shall we get this over with?

Sure!

[Tsuzuki glances up towards the sun to figure out how long they have before they run out of daylight.] I have to admit, I was surprised when you agreed.

Nothing else to do, I suppose. [Besides, Tsuzuki, you're in an observational period still. Draco doesn't trust you fully, but he's more than a bit curious.] How far are we going?

It's not that far. Because of the shortage they've come fairly close to the village. [He gestures for Draco to come, before he begins to walk as well. No time like the present.]

[Following then.] So when it's warm again they'll leave the village again, correct? And we won't have to do this?

When it's warm again they'll have plants to eat. Maybe they'll hang around for the company, though. [Once they've walked away from the city and closer to a quiet clearing in the forest, it becomes obvious why they're looking for more food. The herd has two fawns to take care of.]

[Tsuzuki looks in Draco's direction, to see if the teenager wants to try to approach them.]

That seems rather foolish of them if there are hunters in the area. [But he shuts up once they actually get close enough to spot the herd. He tilts his head a bit, not sure how to react. It's not that he's afraid to approach them, but he's not sure how to handle it either.]

Why are there so many of them? [Just. Staring. Please hold.]

There's not a lot of predators here. There's a giant white wolf in the forest that scared most of them off.

[With that said, Tsuzuki walks slowly towards the herd, hoping Draco will follow.]

They're not dangerous.

I've heard about that. The wolf, I mean. [He does start to follow though.] Obviously they're not dangerous. They're deer.

Don't brush them off just because of that. Those antlers are sharp.

[He throws a few crusts to the ground, so the deer doesn't have to come all the way.]

What did you hear about the wolf?

If you're afraid of deer antlers, I think we have bigger issues than how sharp they may be.

[He's just going to watch them closely then.]

Just that she's large and semi-vicious. I may have met her once.
