Damned brat! [He plans to aim a kick towards the shinigami, because he has to clutch his painful arm, just until it's healed a little. Like Hisoka, he also has to take a few, deep breaths as he tries to keep his balance. He stomps towards him again, both thrilled that there's fight in the boy and furious that he's so stubborn.]

[The kick hits a little harder than it probably should have, delivering a sharp crack from his ribcage. The force of it sends him landing hard on his side, sprawling within arm's reach of the lost weapon. He grasps it with his left hand and fires off two shots blindly in Tsuzuki's direction, hoping the short distance between them would make up for the precision lost with his nondominant hand doing the firing.

[He staggers once the kick is delivered, because having only one wing throws off his balance. But the bullets? Not even Tsuzuki's latent magic could have saved him there.]

[One bullet misses him completely, but the other hits his thigh, making him yell with the pain and double over on the floor.]

[Damn it shoulder why are you not healed yet? Hisoka grunts gutturally as he sits up despite the shooting pain in his abdomen and struggles to force his left hand to shoot properly at the base of Tsuzuki's already-injured wing. Sorry, partner. It's for the best.]

[The feathers fly off from the shot, and slowly float down like bloody snowflakes. The wing, or what's left of it, lies on the ground.]

[But it works. The demon pants. Sargatanas feels the strength bleed out of him, as the pain throbs through him. He steadies himself by holding onto the floor, glaring hatefully up at Hisoka. His injured shoulder and thigh heals slowly, so he has to wait before he can get up.]

[When he's sure Sargatanas is completely down, Hisoka struggles to his feet, using the kitchen counter to hold himself steady as he edges to the microwave and tugs out the power cord.] Lucky for you, I like that person you're using as a host. [Sargatanas is also a lot more easily contained if he's limited to a physical shell.]

[Hisoka manages to get behind Tsuzuki, trying to force his wrists together to use the cord as makeshift handcuffs, though it's slow going while feeling slowly returns to his injured arm.]

[Sargatanas doesn't put up a fight. He's not an idiot: he needs to wait until Tsuzuki's body recovers. The only alternative he has is to abandon the body, and after the hassle it was to possess the shinigami in the first place, he's less than thrilled at the idea.]

[He still curses when Hisoka wants his hands onto his back. The bullet holes are not healed by far.] I think you would like it in hell, boy. A few years under me, and you would get to hurt everyone you like.

That would almost sound attractive if I wasn't so sure you'd say just about anything to get me on your side right now. [He ties Tsuzuki's wrists as tightly as he can manage before turning most of his attention to the pages of his journal, watching the demon's healing through his peripheral vision.]

And what would I benefit from having a useless child of a shingami on my side? [He tests the bonds as soon as Hisoka steps away, before he decides to leave it be. Healing would have to be his main priority first. That, and paying attention to the damned boy. Clearly irritated, he turns slightly towards Hisoka.] What are you doing?

You tell me. You're the one making offers. [He does his best to appear disinterested, even though he is SO watching you Sargatanas. :|] Handling some affairs. What about it?

No, shinigami. An offer would be to say "let me go, and I will not torture you much". [He moves around, although it's like watching a drunk man. The floor slippery from the blood, he has terrible balance, and he's not even healed yet. He blames all his misery on the brat in front of him.]

And yet somehow, I find it in myself to decline. [He's watching Tsuzuki flounder with suspicion, suspecting that it's all an act.]

[Knowing the demon, it is very likely. He looks up at Hisoka, wondering what he'd could say to hit best.] ....Why did you do it?

Why did I do what? [He mumbles disinterestedly, scribbling a note in the journal; he knows he's outmatched and overpowered and only still in one piece via extraordinary luck.]

Why did you put on the wig and hide in the bedroom? You must have realized I'd come. [He almost is more annoyed with bookish!Hisoka. At least when Hisoka played with his gun, he wasn't bored.]

Because I wasn't about to let you violate the laws like that. [Well that's too bad, Demonface. He doesn't much care what you think.]

Really? [The problem with handling demons is that they're empathically silent. He raises a brow and stares at Hisoka, attempting to see if his barbs have any effects.] Funny how you forgot all about the laws once you were half-naked.

...That didn't happen. [Because he remembers that night, more vividly than he'd prefer to admit.]

[So does the demon, but he also hears how Hisoka's voice changed when he replied. He presses on.] If I hadn't put that cleaver in you, it would have.

Then it's a shame you were too busy being bloodthirsty. Now you'll never know for sure.

It's more your loss than mine. [He tugs sharply on the bindings, hoping it wasn't noticed.] Perhaps I should try this body out, when I get home.

You will not take Tsuzuki to Hell with you.

...What would you give, if it meant getting your partner back?

There is a way we can both get what we want, shinigami.

No deals, demon.

You're merciless, aren't you? [He straightens his back, sitting in a more dignified way. It's also a way for Hisoka not to aim directly at his wings, thnx.] That is a rare quality to find in a shinigami.
