[Tsuzuki coughs, startled by how straightforward the teasing is.]

[He sighs, looking at the restaurant. He hadn't considered making a home in Luceti, but it looks like these two have managed well. He turns to Duo again.] I think you misunderstood. [Tsuzuki looks down at his hands, then tries to pretend he didn't.]

[Duo's laughing even harder now, thinking about how Hisoka would react if Duo walked in on him and Tsuzuki and offered the big guy a bottle of lube. Duo's going to cry if he laughs any harder. That or fall over.]

'course I'll take good cara him! It's my job! [There's a lot more to it than that and Duo's not going to explain it, but if Tsuzuki can read really quickly, he might catch some things about tamed Shinigami, souls, a maid, and killing anyone who would think about hurting Hijiri.]

[Tsuzuki's simply watching them. They act like such an old married couple. He's even willing to ignore the lube-joke because of their cuteness.]

It's not paranoia if people are really tryin' to kill ya. I don't wanna keep Hijiri away from the worst. I wanna keep him away from anyone who's gunna hurt him in any way. I'd tie 'im to the bed and be done with it if I thought I could.

[Duo's not trying to comfort him at all. How could someone think something like that?]
